The Drilling Well Intervention Subsea Advisor III serves as a critical technical authority, providing expert oversight for complex subsea drilling, completion, and intervention operations. This lead role ensures all subsea engineering activities are executed to the highest safety and regulatory standards, directly impacting the operational integrity and success of our clients' deepwater projects.

Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary company representative for interfacing with subsea trees, hangers, wellheads, and pressure control equipment including subsea BOPs, SSTT, CWOR, and LWI systems.
- Lead the coordination and witnessing of Surface Integrity Tests (SITs), Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT), and Extended Factory Acceptance Testing (EFAT) to ensure equipment reliability.
- Manage and develop comprehensive deployment and retrieval procedures for subsea equipment and ROV tooling, ensuring all activities comply with project safety and design specifications.
- Conduct and coordinate subsea equipment and ROV-specific risk assessments for drilling, completions, and well intervention phases to mitigate operational hazards.
- Monitor performance of subsea and ROV service providers, providing expert troubleshooting support for pressure control equipment issues to minimize downtime.
- Develop and manage complex project interfaces, including simultaneous drilling and production procedures, ensuring seamless integration with existing subsea systems.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 10 years of extensive, progressive experience in subsea completion, workover, and light well intervention operations within the offshore drilling industry.
- Advanced technical knowledge of subsea hydraulic modeling, well surveillance, multiphase metering, and subsea artificial lift optimization, including booster pumps and gas lift systems.
- Proven track record of providing technical leadership and influencing diverse, multi-disciplinary workforces, including both internal employees and external contractors.
- Strong organizational and project management capabilities, with demonstrated expertise in using technical software and MS Office to maintain high standards of documentation and reporting.
- Exceptional proficiency in written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts across international and diverse cultural environments.
- Ability to work onsite in potentially harsh, remote environments with changing priorities, combined with a willingness to travel as required by project schedules.
