Drilling Logistics Lead III

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate complex material requirements, inventory management, and equipment replenishment protocols for both offshore and onshore drilling sites.
• Manage the full lifecycle of contract administration and oil field accounting, ensuring all logistics operations align with project budget parameters and regulatory standards.
• Oversee material handling equipment operations, including the safe and efficient utilization of heavy-duty cranes and forklifts to support drilling rig activities.
• Supervise personnel and manage logistics for new operations in remote locations, ensuring seamless setup and sustained equipment availability.
• Direct equipment repair and fabrication cycles, conducting rigorous quality checks to maintain fleet readiness and operational safety.
• Utilize advanced organizational and analytical skills to manage multiple project priorities while liaising with diverse stakeholders across the company.

Requirements:

• 6-10 years of professional experience in drilling logistics or a related oil and gas supply chain role.
• Associate degree in a relevant technical field complemented by formal mechanical trade training.
• Demonstrated expertise in inventory control systems and specialized oil field material management.
• Proven experience in supervising multi-disciplinary teams and managing labor in challenging or frontier working environments.
• Exceptional analytical and communication skills, with a track record of applying ethical judgment in complex, high-stakes operational settings.
• Ability to perform all duties on an onsite basis in Nigeria, with no requirement for additional off-site travel.
