Dispatch Rider

We are hiring disciplined and reliable Dispatch Riders to support our growing last-mile delivery operations. This role is for individuals who understand responsibility, time management, and customer conduct — not trial-and-error riders.

ROLE SUMMARY

You will be responsible for the safe, timely, and professional delivery of parcels to customers within the city while representing the company with integrity and order.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Pick up and deliver parcels promptly and accurately
• Maintain daily delivery targets
• Ensure proper handling of customer items
• Use delivery app/communication tools correctly
• Maintain assigned motorcycle in good condition
• Follow all traffic laws and company safety policies
• Handle customers respectfully and professionally
• Submit daily activity and delivery reports

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum of SSCE/OND
• Valid rider’s License
• Ability to read, write, and use a smartphone confidently
• Good knowledge of Ibadan road network
• Physically fit and energetic
• Must be responsible, punctual, and honest
• Previous dispatch/logistics experience is an advantage
