Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Dispatch Rider role located in Benin City, Edo State, Nigeria. The Dispatch Rider will be responsible for picking up and delivering packages, food, groceries, and other goods to customers in a timely and professional manner. Key tasks include planning delivery routes, ensuring the safe handling of packages, maintaining accurate delivery records, and providing excellent customer service. The role requires adherence to traffic regulations and company safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Ability to safely navigate roads and familiarity with the local area
• Effective time management and organizational skills for timely deliveries
• Strong customer service focus with good communication skills
• Possession of a valid rider's license and knowledge of traffic regulations
• Basic knowledge of motorcycle maintenance and troubleshooting (We Use Electric Motorcycles)
• High level of accountability, integrity, and reliability
• Prior experience in a delivery role is a plus
