Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Pick up and deliver packages, documents, and items safely and on time.
- Plan and follow efficient delivery routes.
- Ensure proper handling and security of items during transit.
- Maintain accurate delivery records and obtain necessary signatures.
- Inspect and maintain the dispatch bike regularly.
- Adhere to traffic laws and road safety regulations.
- Report delivery issues, delays, or bike faults promptly.
- Maintain professionalism and excellent customer service during deliveries.
- Ensure the dispatch bike and documents are always valid and up to date.
- Assist with other logistics duties when required.
Requirements:
- Minimum of SSCE / High School certificate.
- Valid rider’s permit and driver’s license.
- Proven experience as a dispatch rider is an advantage.
- Good knowledge of road networks and routes.
- Ability to ride safely and responsibly.
- Good communication and time management skills.
- Physically fit and reliable.
