A Dispatch Rider is responsible for the safe and timely delivery of documents, parcels, and other items to clients or company branches. The role involves riding a motorcycle to designated locations, ensuring accurate delivery, and maintaining professionalism while representing the company.

Responsibilities:
- Picking up and delivering packages to assigned locations.
- Ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.
- Collecting payments where necessary.
- Obtaining signatures as proof of delivery.
- Maintaining proper records of deliveries.
- Inspecting and maintaining the motorcycle regularly.
- Following traffic rules and safety regulations.
- Reporting delays, accidents, or delivery issues.
Requirements:
- Minimum of SSCE / WAEC certificate.
- Valid rider’s license.
- Good knowledge of local routes and road networks.
- Minimum of 1–2 years experience as a dispatch rider (preferred).
- Physically fit and able to ride for long hours.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Honest, reliable, and responsible.
- Ability to work under pressure.
