Job Summary

As a Direct Sales Advisor, you will be at the forefront of our sales team, driving customer acquisition and promoting our diverse range of financial products. You will have the flexibility of a hybrid work schedule, combining in-office collaboration with the convenience of working from home.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and evaluate customer needs.
  • Present, promote, and sell products using solid arguments to prospective customers.
  • Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
  • Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with internal teams.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Direct Sales Advisor or similar sales/customer service role.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
  • Familiarity with BRM and CRM practices along with the ability to build productive business relationships.
  • Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales.
  • Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Time management and organizational skills.
