Our client is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Digital Sales Officer to join their team. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in driving sales through digital channels while maintaining a strong focus on client interaction and satisfaction. Joining a dynamic engineering and systems integrator firm with a focus on providing integrated renewable energy solutions, the Digital Sales Officer will play a pivotal role in increasing brand visibility and closing sales both online and over the phone. We are looking for someone with a strong background in digital marketing, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of driving sales through online and telephone channels.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
Social Media Advertising:
- Develop and execute effective social media advertising strategies across various platforms to enhance brand visibility and drive traffic to the organisation’s products/services.
- Monitor ad performance metrics and leverage data-driven insights to optimize campaign outcomes.
- Stay abreast of digital marketing trends and emerging platforms to continually enhance the organization's online presence.
Client Interaction and Sales:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients contacting the organization with inquiries about products/services.
- Engage clients in meaningful conversations, assess their needs, and provide tailored solutions to address their requirements.
- Articulate product benefits and features to clients, addressing any concerns or objections they may have.
- Utilize persuasive and consultative selling techniques to close sales over the phone, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Lead Management:
- Respond promptly to leads generated through digital channels, nurturing relationships and guiding prospects through the sales funnel.
- Maintain accurate and well-organized records of client interactions and sales activities using Excel/CRM software.
- Close sales efficiently by addressing client needs, overcoming objections, and facilitating transactions.
Collaboration:
- Collaborate closely with the sales team and Managing Director to align sales efforts with ongoing digital campaigns.
- Provide insights and feedback from client interactions to contribute to the refinement of sales strategies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree/HND/OND in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience in managing successful social media advertising campaigns.
- Exceptional verbal communication skills and a proven ability to engage clients effectively over the phone.
- Strong sales acumen with experience in consultative selling techniques.
- Proficiency with CRM software for lead management and sales tracking.
- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Familiarity with the organisation’s products/services and the ability to convey technical details to non-technical clients.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.

Remuneration:Â NGN 80,000 - 100,000 (including HMO & Pension benefits)
