Job Summary

The Digital Media / Sales Executive will through the use of social media build social networks for the company share information concerns the company products build the company brand and online presence increase sales and drive traffic to all the company’s social media platforms

  • Minimum Qualification: Degree
  • Experience Level: Mid level
  • Experience Length: 3 years

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Creating  contents including text post  video and images for use on the company’s social media handle that appeals to the company target audience
  • Using the companies social media handles to build social networks and share information
  • Building the company’s brand with creative content  and drive traffic to the company’s social media platforms
  • Analyze competitors activities
  • Develop relevant contents to be posted in the company’s social media handles
  • Create shareable content appropriate for specific products to drive traffic and customer engagement
  • Monitor and engage in relevant social discussions about company’s product
  • Design and implement social media strategy that aligns with our company vision and mission
  • Collaborating with the sales team to ensure branding is consistent
  • Developing new social media strategies and campaigns
  • Meeting agreed sales targets in cases, value & tonnage.
  • Effective sales coverage & management with evidence of products availability, visibility & accessibility.
  • Promoting new products and communicating special deals to clients.
  • Advising customers about delivery schedules
  • Giving feedbacks on sales trend, tracking & reporting competitors’ activities to Territory sales manager / Area Sales Manager.
  • Making appointments with & meeting new customers in person or by phone.
  • Preparing documentation of all business transaction documents & reconciliation.
  • Attending & presenting at external customers meetings issues on collective business growth plans.
