Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across various channels, including SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Manage and optimize all digital campaigns to maximize ROI and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Oversee the creation and distribution of engaging content that aligns with the brand’s voice and objectives.
- Analyze and report on digital marketing performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer support, to ensure a unified approach to digital marketing.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to keep Home Owner at the forefront of the industry.
- Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors to ensure high-quality and cost-effective digital marketing services.
- Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing professionals, providing guidance, support, and professional development.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on strategy development and campaign execution.
- Proven experience in managing digital marketing channels, including SEO, PPC, social media, email, and content marketing.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEO tools, and social media management tools.
- A creative and innovative mindset, with the ability to think outside the box and drive new initiatives.
- Experience in the property technology or real estate industry is a plus.
