Job Summary

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Digital Media Manager. The Digital Media Manager will be responsible for media planning, content creation, creating and implementing digital strategies, social media marketing, and digital marketing activities. The Digital Media Manager will be responsible for overseeing our digital media presence and engagement. You will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing digital campaigns across all digital platforms, including social media, search engine optimization (SEO), and email marketing. This includes managing our social media accounts and community, creating original text and video content, managing posts and responding to followers.

  • Minimum Qualification: HND
  • Experience Level: Senior level
  • Experience Length: 5 years

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies for digital marketing campaigns to meet company goals and objectives
  • Research audience preferences and discover current trends
  • Create engaging text, image and video content
  • Design posts to sustain readers’ curiosity and create buzz around our products and social impact 
  • Optimize digital campaigns using SEO best practices
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in all social platforms ensuring maximum effectiveness
  • Manage relationships with media and influencer partners
  • Monitor competitor activities and identify areas of improvement
  • Suggest new ways to attract and retain customers


Requirements:

  • BSc degree in Marketing or relevant field a plus
  • Proven experience managing social media accounts
  • Hands on experience in content management
  • Excellent copywriting skills
  • Ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video)
  • Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research and Google Analytics
  • Knowledge of online marketing channels
  • Experience with Mailchimp, Canva,Wordpress.

  • Ability to build relationships and influence people at all levels and functions.


Location: This role will be based in Abuja with flexibility for some remote work.
