Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Digital Marketing/Social Media Growth Specialist to join our team on-site at our Oyo State, Nigeria location. The specialist will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies, managing social media platforms, and driving engagement and growth. Key responsibilities include creating engaging content, analyzing web and social media analytics, planning online marketing campaigns, and collaborating with internal teams to promote the brand. The ideal candidate will bring creativity and strategic thinking to enhance our online presence and connect with our audience effectively.
Qualifications

• Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and management of platforms to drive engagement and audience growth.
• Strong skills in Digital Marketing and Online Marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and reach.
• Experience with Web Analytics and data interpretation to evaluate and optimize digital campaigns.
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, to create compelling content and interact with audiences effectively.
• Knowledge of content creation tools and familiarity with current digital marketing trends.
• Ability to work collaboratively with teams and adapt to a dynamic work environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Prior experience in the travel and tourism industry is a plus.
• Ability to work on-site in Oyo State, Nigeria, is required.
