Job Summary

As a Digital Marketing Specialist, your primary responsibility is to develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing campaigns aimed at promoting content, increasing brand awareness, and driving engagement. You will leverage various online channels and strategies to reach target audiences effectively. Additionally, you will be tasked with managing social media accounts, implementing SEO strategies, and analyzing performance metrics to continually refine and optimize marketing efforts.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

Develop and Execute Digital Marketing Campaigns:

  • Plan, create, and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels such as email, social media, display advertising, and content marketing.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align campaign objectives with overall marketing and business goals.
  • Utilize tools and platforms to automate and streamline campaign processes while ensuring timely delivery and execution.


Manage Social Media Accounts and Engage with Audience:

  • Manage and maintain company social media profiles and presence, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms
  • Create and curate engaging content tailored to each platform and target audience.
  • Monitor social media channels for comments, messages, and mentions, and respond promptly to inquiries, comments, and feedback.
  • Foster meaningful interactions with followers to build brand loyalty and community engagement.


Implement SEO Strategies:

  • Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify relevant search terms and trends.
  • Optimize website content, meta tags, and other on-page elements to improve search engine rankings and organic traffic.
  • Develop and execute link-building strategies to enhance domain authority and increase backlink profile.
  • Stay updated on SEO best practices and algorithm changes to ensure compliance and effectiveness.


Analyze Data and Performance Metrics:

  • Utilize web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar platforms to track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to website traffic, user behavior, and conversion rate
  • Generate regular reports and insights on campaign performance, social media engagement, and SEO effectiveness.
  • Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimization and improvement.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to adjust strategies and tactics based on data-driven insights.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • Proven experience (1 year) in digital marketing roles, with a focus on campaign management, social media marketing, and SEO
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including email marketing software, social media management tools, SEO analytics tools, and web analytics platforms.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, strategies, and best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content and engage with diverse audiences.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and staying ahead of industry trends.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Collaborative team player with the ability to work cross-functionally and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
