Digital Marketing & Social Media Manager
Job summary
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing full-funnel digital marketing strategies — including content creation, paid campaigns, social media management, email marketing, and influencer collaborations — to grow awareness and drive sales across the UK and global markets.

Responsibilities:
Social Media Management:
- Develop and manage social media calendars across Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, Facebook & WhatsApp.
- Create, edit, and publish compelling and engaging visual & written content that reflects our luxury brand identity (text, images, videos, reels, stories).
- Manage social media advertising campaigns (run paid ads, influencer partnerships, etc.) and market products effectively.
- Monitor social media channels for trends, audience feedback, and engagement opportunities.
- Actively engage with followers, respond to comments and DMs in a timely and professional manner, and grow our community.
- Collaborate with fashion influencers and stylists to generate quality user-generated content (UGC) and brand buzz.
- Analyse performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions) and prepare regular reports.
- Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
E-commerce & Store Management:
- Upload and manage products on Shopify.
- Upload and manage products on TikTok Shop.
- Update product descriptions, pricing, images, and inventory.
- Ensure products are correctly categorised and presented.
- Support website optimisation and customer shopping experience
Visual Content Creation & AI Image Enhancement:
- Enhance Product Images Using AI: Use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Adobe Photoshop, Canva Pro) to optimise and enhance images of models wearing dresses, improving visual appeal, fit, colour accuracy, and fabric details for marketing materials.
- Refine Model Photos: Edit and retouch photos of models to ensure the dresses look their best, adjusting lighting, textures, and details while maintaining a natural, realistic appearance that aligns with the brand's luxury identity.
- Improve Product Presentation: Use AI-powered tools to adjust background elements, crop images, and ensure the dress is the focus of the shot, creating high-quality visuals that are optimised for use on e-commerce platforms, social media, and ads.
- Visual Consistency Across Platforms: Ensure consistency in visual aesthetics by refining and standardising all product images across digital channels (social media, website, email marketing), creating a cohesive look for the brand.
- Optimise Images for Different Platforms: Resize, optimise, and format product images for different platforms, ensuring fast loading times and high-quality visuals on mobile, desktop, and social media platforms.
- Collaboration with Photography and Design Team: Work closely with the photography and creative teams to ensure that the final enhanced images reflect the brand's style and vision for luxury fashion.
Performance Marketing:
- Plan, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns (Meta, Google) to drive traffic and conversions.
- Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven optimisations to maximise ROI.
- Run retargeting campaigns and lookalike audience strategies.
Content & SEO:
- Produce website content focused on occasion wear trends, styling tips, and fashion events.
- Create and optimise blog content, landing pages, and product descriptions for SEO to improve organic search rankings.
- Conduct keyword research and optimise content for relevant search terms to attract organic traffic.
- Collaborate with the e-commerce customer relations manager to produce high-quality content for digital campaigns and email marketing.
Email Marketing:
- Build and manage email campaigns using the most appropriate tools.
- Design automated flows (welcome series, cart abandonment, post-purchase, re-engagement).
- Analyse and improve email open rates, CTRs, and conversions.
Analytics & Reporting:
- Use tools such as Google Analytics, Shopify Analytics, and Meta Business Suite to track key performance metrics.
- Provide regular reports on the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns and recommend data-driven optimisations.
- Stay updated on the latest industry trends and marketing tools to ensure our strategies are always evolving.
Requirements:
- Minimum BSC
- 2 years of previous experience in a similar role
