- Optimize and manage paid advertising campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads, ensuring maximum ROI.
- Utilize SEO best practices to enhance website traffic and improve search engine rankings.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling content that aligns with the overall marketing strategy, including blog posts, social media updates, and email campaigns.
- Manage and optimize the sales funnel, utilizing CRM software to track customer interactions and improve conversion rates.
- Oversee social media marketing efforts, ensuring consistent brand messaging and engagement across all platforms.
- Implement and manage email marketing campaigns, from list segmentation to execution and performance analysis.
- Build and maintain relationships with influencers and key industry players to enhance brand awareness and credibility.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in digital marketing, providing strategic recommendations to keep the company competitive.
- Coordinate with designers to create visually appealing marketing materials using tools like Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.
- Manage marketing automation tools to streamline processes and improve campaign efficiency.
- Ensure that all digital marketing efforts align with the company’s business goals and marketing objectives.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in digital marketing and paid advertising.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, SEO, and social media marketing
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and marketing automation tools
- Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively
- Ability to plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google ads, Facebook ads, LinkedIn ads, etc.)
- Experience with CRM software and sales funnel optimization
- Knowledge of content marketing, email marketing, and influencer marketing
- Strong network and connections in the digital marketing industry
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a course certification in this field
