Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Google Ads & Paid Campaign Support.
  • Monitor existing Google Ads campaigns and report on performance.
  • Use Google Ads Editor to help manage bulk updates, campaign changes, ads, keywords, negative keywords, and campaign structure when required.
  • Review clicks, conversions, cost per lead, search terms, keywords, ad performance, and conversion quality.
  • Identify wasted spend, irrelevant search terms, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Suggest ad copy improvements, keyword ideas, negative keywords, and campaign optimisation actions.
  • Help check that landing pages, forms, WhatsApp buttons, calls, and conversion tracking are working correctly.
  • Assist with offline conversion preparation, including checking CRM data, GCLIDs, lead status, payment status, and spreadsheet accuracy.
  • Prepare clear weekly Google Ads performance updates.
  • Carry out keyword research for service pages, landing pages, and blog content.
  • Help optimise page titles, meta descriptions, headings, internal links, FAQs, and website content.
  • Review website pages and suggest SEO and conversion improvements.
  • Use Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and other SEO tools where available.
  • Monitor organic traffic, search performance, rankings, and SEO opportunities.
  • Check competitor websites and identify content gaps.
  • Update leads, statuses, notes, source information, and follow-up details in Zoho CRM.
  • Keep CRM records clean, accurate, and up to date.
  • Check lead source, campaign source, GCLID, UTM information, and customer status where available.
  • Identify duplicate leads, missing information, incorrect statuses, and CRM data issues.
  • Prepare CRM reports showing leads, qualified leads, paid customers, source performance, and conversion rates.
  • Work with spreadsheets when needed to organise lead and marketing data.
  • Help plan and prepare social media content.
  • Create basic graphics using Canva or similar tools.
  • Prepare content for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, or other relevant platforms.
  • Repurpose website content, FAQs, testimonials, and service information into social media posts.
  • Suggest ideas for short videos, reels, educational posts, and lead-generation content.
  • Keep the tone professional, friendly, clear, and trustworthy.
  • Help review and improve landing page content, headings, CTAs, FAQs, and service information.
  • Check pages on desktop and mobile.
  • Test forms, WhatsApp buttons, phone links, and email links.
  • Report website issues clearly with screenshots and explanations.
  • Coordinate with developers when technical updates are needed.
  • Help test tracking after website or landing page changes.
  • Prepare daily or weekly updates on completed marketing tasks.
  • Maintain spreadsheets and reports accurately.
  • Track tasks using Trello, Asana, ClickUp, Monday.com, or similar tools.
  • Document processes so tasks can be repeated consistently.
  • Communicate clearly with management and team members.
  • Suggest improvements to marketing, CRM, reporting, and lead follow-up processes.


Requirements:

  • At least 2–3 years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, SEO, CRM, or a similar role.
  • Experience with Google Ads lead-generation campaigns.
  • Experience using Google Ads Editor.
  • Good understanding of SEO and website optimisation.
  • Experience using CRM systems, preferably Zoho CRM.
  • Good spreadsheet skills.
  • Experience with Google Analytics 4 and Google Search Console.
  • Understanding of conversion tracking, UTM links, lead source tracking, and campaign reporting.
  • Experience creating or managing social media content.
  • Good written and spoken English.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently without constant supervision.
  • Ability to follow processes carefully.
  • Reliable laptop or desktop computer.
  • Stable high-speed internet.
  • Backup internet connection.
  • Backup power solution.
  • Quiet working environment.
  • Working headset or earphones with a microphone.
  • Webcam for meetings when required.
  • Google Ads certification.
  • SEO certification.
  • Experience with WordPress or Elementor.
  • Experience with Canva, CapCut, or basic video editing.
  • Experience with Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, or other paid platforms.
  • Experience with Make, Zapier, automation tools, or CRM integrations.
  • Experience preparing Looker Studio reports.
  • Experience with service-based businesses, legal services, translation, immigration, education, or professional services.
  • Experience handling WhatsApp leads or online customer enquiries.
