I'm looking for a Digital Marketing & Content Specialist who's not just looking for a job, but someone who wants to build something with me.

🎯 What You'll Do:

Content Creation & Editing

• Edit videos to be scroll-stopping, engaging, and conversion-focused (not just pretty...powerful)
• Create eye-catching graphics, carousels, and visual content
• Use doodle animation tools to create explainer-style content
• Turn long-form videos into short-form clips optimized for each platform

Social Media Management

• Manage and grow presence across Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook
• Schedule and publish content consistently
• Engage with the audience, respond to comments/DMs, and build community
• Track performance and know what's working (and what's not)

Marketing & Lead Generation

• Develop and execute strategies to attract ideal clients
• Build and manage email marketing campaigns
• Support warm & cold outreach efforts to convert leads into paying clients
• Understand the client journey: from stranger to follower to booked call

🛠 Tools You Should Know (at least one in each category):

• Video Editing: CapCut, Captions, Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve
• Doodle/Animation: Doodly, Videoscribe, Animaker
• Design: Canva, Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator
• Scheduling: Meta Business Suite, Later, Buffer
• Email Marketing: Mailerlite (preferred), Mailchimp, ConvertKit, or similar
• Analytics: Instagram Insights, YouTube Studio, LinkedIn Analytics

• Proactive and self-managing: you don't wait to be told what to do
• Strong business strategy acumen: you understand how content drives revenue
• Passionate about personal development, career growth, or coaching
• Not afraid to challenge me with better ideas
• Hungry to learn, grow, and build something meaningful
• Dedicated and has a high sense of integrity/honesty

💰 Compensation:

• ₦150,000/month base
• Performance bonuses per client acquired (we win together)
• Opportunity to grow with the business as it scales
