Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify target audience and market trends
  • Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media marketing, search engine optimization (SEO), content marketing, paid advertising, and more.
  • Create engaging and compelling content for online channels to attract and retain customers.
  • Manage social media accounts; create content calendars, and engage with the audience to build brand awareness and customer loyalty.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of digital marketing efforts.
  • Optimize website performance and user experience to increase conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing graphics and multimedia content for marketing campaigns.
  • Implement email marketing campaigns, lead generation strategies, and customer retention initiatives.
  • Utilize analytics tools to track and report on the effectiveness of digital marketing activities.
  • Track customer inquiries across online channels and ensure appropriate feedback is given.
  • Develop and execute content strategies that align with the company's marketing objectives and target audience.
  • Create original and compelling content, including but not limited to blog posts, articles, social media posts, videos, info graphics, and emails.
  • Conduct thorough research on relevant topics and industry trends to ensure content is accurate, up-to-date, and informative.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing, design, and product, to ensure content consistency and effectiveness.
  • Optimize content for SEO to improve organic search visibility and website traffic.
  • Manage and maintain content calendars, ensuring a consistent publishing schedule.
  • Monitor and analyze content performance using various analytics tools, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Engage with the audience, respond to comments, and foster a community around our content.
