We are seeking to hire an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist
Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Campaign Management: Develop and execute inbound marketing campaigns, including managing Pay-Per-Click (PPC) accounts and Google Ads.
- Email Marketing & Automation: Design, build, and optimize email campaigns. Create triggered workflows, segment contact lists, and conduct A/B testing to maximize engagement.
- Content & SEO: Create and optimize content for the website, landing pages, and blogs to improve search engine rankings and attract organic traffic.
- Analytics & Optimization: Track, measure, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) like website traffic, conversion rates, and ROI.
- Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Test new growth strategies, optimize user funnels, and improve landing page performance to drive higher lead-to-customer rates
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Executive or similar role
- Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices. Experience with B2B, Google Ads, email campaigns, and SEO/SEM
- Working knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g., DART, Atlas)
- Perfect knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM- Hubspot, Apollo, etc.)
- Skills and experience in creative content writing
- Analytical mindset and critical thinking
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- The candidate should possess a Degree in Marketing
