Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:
  • Generate qualified real estate leads daily through digital marketing campaigns.
  • Manage and grow all company social media platforms.
  • Create engaging content, including videos, reels, graphics, captions, and campaigns.
  • Run and optimize paid advertisements on Meta, Google, TikTok, and other digital platforms.
  • Develop social media calendars and content strategies.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analytics, and lead conversion metrics.
  • Respond to online inquiries and nurture leads professionally.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure proper follow-up and conversion of leads.
  • Stay updated on digital trends, algorithms, and best practices.
  • Build brand awareness and online visibility for the company.
  • Manage email marketing and WhatsApp marketing campaigns where necessary.
  • Create innovative campaigns to drive property awareness and sales.


Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in real estate.
  • Strong understanding of lead generation strategies and sales funnels.
  • Proven experience managing social media platforms professionally.
  • Experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, SEO, and analytics tools.
  • Excellent content creation and copywriting skills.
  • The ability to create and edit short-form video content is an added advantage.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly creative, proactive, and result-oriented.
