Digital Marketer

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to promote the company's properties, services, and brand.
• Manage the company's social media accounts, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
• Create engaging content such as property listings, promotional graphics, videos, reels, virtual tours, and property walkthroughs.
• Run and optimize paid advertising campaigns using Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other relevant digital advertising platforms.
• Generate qualified leads for property sales, rentals, land acquisitions, and real estate investment opportunities.
• Promote available properties through social media, property listing websites, email marketing, and other online channels.
• Collaborate with the sales team to follow up on leads, nurture prospects, and support the conversion of enquiries into clients.
• Monitor online enquiries and ensure prompt responses to prospective buyers, tenants, and investors.
• Develop content calendars and maintain consistent online engagement with the target audience.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify marketing opportunities and industry trends.
• Track and analyze campaign performance, website traffic, engagement, lead generation, and conversion rates.
• Prepare regular digital marketing reports and recommend strategies for improving campaign performance.
• Optimize website content and property listings for search engines to improve online visibility.
• Build and maintain an online community through engaging posts, comments, messages, and customer interactions.
• Support property launches, open-house events, real estate promotions, and other marketing activities.
• Ensure all marketing materials contain accurate property information and comply with company guidelines.

Requirements:

• Minimum of an OND in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant professional experience may be considered.
• Proven years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within the real estate industry.
• Proven ability to manage social media accounts and create engaging digital content.
• Practical knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and social media advertising.
• Experience with content creation tools such as Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Knowledge of SEO, email marketing, website management, and lead-generation strategies.
• Understanding of real estate marketing, property listings, and the buyer or tenant acquisition process.
• Ability to generate, track, and nurture leads through digital channels.
• Strong copywriting, communication, creativity, and storytelling skills.
• Proficiency in social media analytics, Google Analytics, or similar reporting tools.
• Good knowledge of customer engagement and digital sales conversion techniques.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with the sales and marketing teams.
• Must be target-driven, proactive, and focused on measurable marketing results.
