Responsibilities:
- Strategy Development: Create and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with business objectives and drive growth.
- Content Creation: Develop and manage content for various digital platforms, including social media, websites, blogs, and email campaigns.
- SEO & SEM: Optimize website content and structure for search engines, manage paid search campaigns, and track performance to maximiz e ROI.
- Social Media Management: Oversee the company’s social media accounts, create engaging content, and monitor audience interactions to increase brand awareness.
- Email Marketing: Design, execute, and analyze email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and engage existing customers.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance using tools like Google Analytics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Paid Advertising: Manage and optimize online advertising campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads) to increase visibility and conversions.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the creative, sales, and product teams to ensure consistency in messaging and to support overall marketing goals.
- Trend Analysis: Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to keep our strategies current and competitive.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing or a related role.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEO tools, and social media management software.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a creative flair for content creation.
- Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot) and CRM systems.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, social media marketing, and content marketing.
