Workhour Media is a digital marketing and creative agency under Workhour Group. We help ambitious African businesses build brands people can find, trust and choose through strategy, content creation, social media management, video production, digital advertising and growth campaigns.

We are looking for a talented and versatile Digital Creative Associate to join Workhour Media on a part-time, remote basis.

If you live and breathe content, can turn ideas into scroll-stopping visuals, transform raw footage into engaging videos and understand how to manage a brand professionally across social platforms, we would like to hear from you.

This is a hands-on creative role for someone who thrives at the intersection of design, video and social media.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Creating compelling graphics, branded visuals and digital assets for social media and marketing campaigns

• Editing and producing engaging reels, short-form videos and selected longer-form content from supplied footage

• Retouching photographs and adapting creative assets for different digital platforms

• Managing, scheduling and publishing approved content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn and other relevant platforms using PostifyHQ

• Executing approved content calendars to ensure consistent and strategic publishing

• Writing or adapting captions, scripts and short-form content copy

• Monitoring content performance and providing useful insights and recommendations

• Staying informed about trends and bringing fresh creative ideas to the team

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Strong proficiency in Canva, CapCut and similar creative tools

• Solid graphic-design skills with a good eye for aesthetics and brand consistency

• Proven video-editing skills covering reels, short clips and polished longer-form content

• Experience managing business or brand social media accounts

• Good understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and LinkedIn

• Excellent written communication skills for captions, scripts and digital copy

• Self-motivated, organized and able to work independently in a remote environment

• Reliable computer, smartphone and internet connection

• A portfolio or samples of previous creative work is required

NICE TO HAVE

• Experience with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro or After Effects

• Familiarity with social media scheduling and publishing tools

• Basic knowledge of social media analytics and reporting

• Experience working with a digital agency or creative team

• Experience creating content for restaurants, hospitality, retail or consumer-facing brands

• Job Type: Part-time, Hybrid

• Location: Ibadan, Oyo State

• Work arrangement: Primarily remote, with scheduled physical meetings and production sessions within Ibadan

• Compensation: Negotiable based on experience

• Approved transportation for client assignments will be reimbursed
