Digital Content & Support Associate

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain the company's social media platforms.
• Respond to customer enquiries and messages promptly and professionally.
• Provide excellent customer support and ensure a positive customer experience.
• Create engaging social media content, including graphics, short-form videos, captions, and promotional materials.
• Plan and publish content in line with the company's marketing objectives.
• Assist with Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns, including setting up, monitoring, and optimizing advertisements.
• Support the company's wider digital marketing activities and campaigns.
• Monitor social media engagement, trends, and customer feedback.
• Represent the company professionally both online and during physical engagements.
• Perform other reasonable tasks and responsibilities as assigned by management.

Requirements:

• The ideal candidate should be resident in Lagos, Nigeria.
• The candidate must have completed NYSC.
• The candidate should have relevant experience in social media management, customer support, content creation, digital marketing, or a related field.
• The candidate should have experience running or managing Facebook and Instagram advertisements.
• The candidate should be proficient in CapCut.
• The candidate should be proficient in Canva or another graphic design tool.
• The candidate should have excellent written and spoken English.
• The candidate should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• The candidate should be able to respond to customer enquiries promptly, professionally, and courteously.
• The candidate should be creative and able to develop engaging content for social media.
• The candidate should be comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
• The candidate must have a stable and reliable internet connection.
• The candidate must own a laptop with a minimum of 8 GB RAM.
• The candidate must be willing to attend events and undertake occasional on-site assignments.
• The candidate must be willing to take on other reasonable duties as assigned.
• The candidate should demonstrate a high level of reliability, professionalism, responsibility, and integrity.

• The company will provide a smartphone and other necessary gadgets or equipment required for the role.
