About Role

We’re looking for a creative, trend-aware Digital Content Creator who lives and breathes digital culture. This role is for someone who can turn ideas into engaging content across social platforms from concept to execution and understands how content drives brand growth, engagement, and results.

Key Responsibilities

1. Create engaging digital content (Reels, TikTok, static posts, carousels, short-form videos, stories) across multiple platforms.
2. Translate brand goals and briefs into compelling content ideas and executions.
3. Develop content concepts aligned with brand voice, campaign objectives, and trends.
4. Shoot and edit content using mobile phones and production tools.
5. Stay up to date with social media trends, formats, sounds, and platform updates.
6. Collaborate with strategists, designers, and community managers to bring campaigns to life.
7. Manage content creation timelines and deliver assets on schedule.
8. Adapt content based on performance insights and feedback.
9. Ensure consistency in quality, tone, and brand representation across all content

What we are looking for

• Proven experience creating digital content for brands or personal platforms
• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, and emerging platforms
• Ability to shoot and edit content using a smartphone (tools like CapCut, InShot, Canva, etc.)
• Creative thinker with a strong eye for visuals and storytelling
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, agency environment
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to take feedback and iterate quickly

Bonus Point if you:

• Have agency experience
• Can appear on camera or direct on-screen talent confidently
• Understand content performance metrics and optimization
• Have worked on campaigns, launches, or always-on content for brands
