Job Title: Digital Communications & Website Coordinator

Location: Remote


Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative, organized, and tech-savvy Digital Communications & Website Coordinator to support a growing pediatric healthcare practice.

This role will focus on managing the website, creating engaging social media content, and developing digital patient resources that improve communication with families.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys combining technology, design, and healthcare communication to help patients easily access important information and services.


Qualifications

  • Experience managing websites (WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, or similar platforms)
  • Experience creating and managing social media content
  • Ability to design simple graphics using tools such as Canva
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to write clear, professional, and patient-friendly content
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

Preferred

  • Experience working with healthcare or medical organizations
  • Experience creating online forms or patient documents

Responsibilities

Website Management

  • Maintain and update the organization’s website
  • Post announcements, office updates, and new services
  • Improve the organization and accessibility of patient resources
  • Upload and manage downloadable forms and documents
  • Ensure website content is clear, accurate, and easy to navigate
  • Identify and resolve broken links or outdated content
  • Assist in creating new pages as services expand

Patient Forms & Information Materials

  • Create and update patient forms (PDF or digital forms)
  • Organize forms and patient resources on the website
  • Design patient education materials when required
  • Ensure forms are easy for families to access and complete

Social Media Management

  • Manage and post content on social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram)
  • Create engaging posts related to:
  • Child health education
  • Office announcements
  • Seasonal health tips
  • Community events
  • Maintain consistent branding and messaging
  • Monitor comments and messages, flagging items that require physician attention

Digital Content & Marketing Support

  • Design simple graphics and posts using tools such as Canva
  • Help promote services such as well visits, physicals, and community outreach
  • Create digital flyers and announcements
  • Ensure consistency with the organization’s branding and messaging

Additional Responsibilities

  • Support other digital communication projects as needed
  • Help improve online patient education resources
  • Collaborate with physicians and staff on communication needs
