Delivery Agent

Responsibilities:

• Receive and dispatch assigned customer orders.
• Contact customers promptly regarding assigned deliveries.
• Deliver orders safely and professionally.
• Provide real-time updates on assigned deliveries.
• Follow up on unsuccessful or delayed deliveries and report issues immediately.
• Collect COD payments from customers where applicable.
• Remit collected funds immediately after successful payment.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, payments, and returns.
• Safely handle and store MFT products while they are in your possession.
• Ensure products are returned safely when a delivery is unsuccessful.
• Remain active and available for assigned deliveries throughout working hours.
• Follow MFT delivery procedures and operational instructions.
• Maintain professional communication with customers and the MFT team.

Requirements:

• Must own a suitable vehicle that is available for delivery work every working day.
• Must have a valid driver’s licence.
• Must have an active WhatsApp account.
• Must be available for dispatch from 8:00 AM, Monday–Saturday.
• Must be comfortable collecting COD payments and remitting funds immediately after payment.
• Must have a safe and secure place to keep MFT products while they are in your possession.
• Must be familiar with the area where you are applying to work.
• Must be reliable, responsible, and committed to assigned deliveries.
• Previous experience as a delivery agent, rider, courier, driver, or logistics agent is an advantage.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Must be comfortable providing real-time delivery updates.
• Must have a valid NIN/National Identification Number and verifiable identification.
• Must be willing to provide a referee for verification before onboarding.
• Your referee must be available and willing to speak with MFT by phone, WhatsApp, or video call as part of the verification process.
• Must be willing to provide your current residential address and other required verification details during the onboarding process.
• Additional identity, address, and reference verification may be required before onboarding.
