Data Annotation Portfolio Creator

Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled Data Annotation Portfolio Creator to design a complete, professional portfolio that demonstrates our annotation capabilities across multiple domains. This portfolio will be used for client acquisition, investor presentations, and partner onboarding.

Responsibilities

The freelancer will handle the end-to-end creation of a sample annotation portfolio, including:

Dataset & Annotation

• Download a small open-source dataset (e.g., KITTI, COCO, NIH X-ray).
• Annotate 50–100 high-quality samples (bounding boxes / segmentation / text labels depending on dataset chosen).
• Use tools like CVAT, Label Studio, or Roboflow.
• Produce clean, consistent annotations suitable for client presentation.

Documentation

• Create a short labeling guideline.
• Write a clear annotation workflow (step-by-step).
• Provide quality control (QC) notes and annotation rules followed.

Media Capture

• Take high-resolution screenshots of the annotation workflow.
• Record short screen videos (1–3 mins) showing the annotation process.

Portfolio Creation

Compile all content into a polished PDF portfolio that includes:

• Company intro
• Tools used
• Dataset information
• Sample images (before/after annotations)
• Annotation guidelines
• Workflow screenshots
• QC summary
• Contact information
• Add branding using Zyntriq’s colors and logo (will be provided).

Required Skills

• Strong experience with data annotation (CVAT, Label Studio, Roboflow, or similar).
• Ability to produce high-quality sample annotations.
• Experience preparing COCO, YOLO, or Pascal VOC exports.
• Good communication and documentation skills.
• Graphic design or PDF layout skills (Figma / Canva / Adobe is a plus).
• Ability to deliver clean, professional presentation material.

Deliverables

• Annotated dataset (50–100 samples).
• Exported annotations (COCO JSON or client-preferred format).
• Screenshots + short videos of workflow.
• Labeling guideline document.
• QA summary.
• Completed Portfolio PDF (professional and branded).
