Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries.
- Ensure that dresses are promptly made
- Perform routine quality checks
- Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively while adhering to company policies.
- Assist customers with order management, including dress fittings, quality checks, placement, tracking, and modifications.
- Stay informed about product offerings, promotions, and trends to provide accurate guidance to customers.
- Gather and relay customer feedback to relevant departments for continuous improvement.
- Process returns and exchanges efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer inquiries and enhance overall service delivery.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure that the production schedule is properly managed.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 - 3 years experience in retail sales or production within the fashion industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with a keen eye for fashion trends.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Good organizational skill
- Relevant computer knowledge especially with the use of Microsoft Excel
- Basic social media skills.
