Job Description:

TMAsourcing Solutions is hiring a Customer Service Representative for a food and logistics company in Alaro, Ibadan. The ideal candidate will handle walk-in and online customer inquiries, provide accurate information, resolve issues, and ensure smooth shipment documentation and processing.

Key Responsibilities:

· Attend to walk-in and online customer inquiries.

· Provide accurate details on shipping rates, timelines, and services.

· Handle complaints professionally and ensure quick resolution.

· Maintain proper customer and transaction records.

· Collaborate with team members to improve service quality.

· Support shipment processing, packaging, and documentation.

Requirements:

· OND/NCE/HND/ Bachelor’s degree in any related field.

· 1-3 years’ experience in customer service (preferably logistics/shipping).

· Must live around Alaro and it's environment in Ibadan

· Proficiency in Google Suite (Sheets, Drive, Gmail).

· Strong communication, interpersonal, problem-solving skills. computer, and social media savvy skills

· Must be reliable, proactive, and trustworthy

· Must be smart and proactive

Salary: ₦130,000 monthly
