Customer Service Representative
Job summary
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to handle daily financial transactions, attend to walk-in customers, and support smooth business operations at our Onitsha Main Market office. The ideal candidate must be trustworthy, customer-friendly, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced market environment.

Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries through phone calls, messages, and walk-in clients.
- Respond to complaints and resolve service-related issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Follow up with customers to gather feedback and improve service quality.
- Attending to customers’ needs and complaints.
- Issues receipts, records sales.
- Provide general administrative and customer support duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Minimum of OND in any discipline (Bachelor’s degree is an added advantage).
- At least 2 years’ experience in customer service or a related role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
- Must have completed NYSC.
- Must be female.
- Must reside within or very close to Onitsha Main Market and its environs.
Location: Onitsha Main Market, Anambra State
Remuneration: Attractive and negotiable based on experience.
