RealtorMax is seeking a professional and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to support client engagement and documentation processes at its Asaba Branch. The successful candidate will assist clients throughout the service process while ensuring that property documentation and related records are properly managed and maintained.

Responsibilities:
- Attend to client enquiries and provide accurate information about company services
- Guide clients through documentation and property transaction processes
- Prepare, organise, and maintain client and property documentation
- Ensure proper filing and record management of transaction documents
- Liaise with relevant internal teams to ensure smooth client service delivery
- Follow up with clients regarding documentation requirements and updates
- Maintain a professional and welcoming client service environment
Requirements:
- HND/B.Sc. in Business Administration, Estate Management, Mass Communication, or a related discipline
- 1–3 years of experience in customer service, documentation, or administrative roles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good organisational and documentation management abilities
- Attention to detail and ability to manage client records properly
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
