Customer Service Representative
Job summary
The Customer Service Officer will be responsible for attending to customer inquiries, handling complaints, providing product information on vehicles, solar systems, generators, and related products, maintaining customer records, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
- Attend to customer inquiries and provide information about vehicles, solar systems, generators, and other products.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally and promptly.
- Follow up with customers before, during, and after sales to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update the CRM/database.
- Coordinate with the sales and operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Respond to phone calls, emails, social media messages, and walk-in customers.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Requirements:
- Minimum of OND/HND/B.Sc. in any discipline.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer applications.
- Previous customer service experience is an added advantage.
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain a professional attitude.
Work Schedule:
- Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Saturday: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
