Job Summary
We are looking to hire a suitable candidate to fill this position. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the management of the end-end activities involved in receiving, escalating, and monitoring customers’ complaints, technical and commercial issues.

- Experience Length: No Experience/Less than 1 year
Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools like CRM,
- Ensuring First Call Resolution of Customer Complaints and Escalation by handling customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
- Capturing and documentation of interaction with all customers including contact phone number, email address, meter account number, and any other customer data information as may be required from time to time by the business.
- Meet personal/customer service team sales targets.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
Requirements:
- Minimum academic qualification of OND
- Good communication skills
