Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and concerns through various communications channels in a polite manner.
- Collaborate with the operations team to coordinate logistics activities, including scheduling deliveries, managing routes, and optimizing transportation efficiency.
- Act as a liaison between customers and internal departments, facilitating communication and ensuring alignment on service delivery expectations.
- Build and maintain outstanding client relationships.
- Identify trends and make recommendations for operational enhancements.
- Keep abreast of company products, services, and policies to provide comprehensive assistance to customers.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the customer service process.
- Other responsibilities as may be assigned by your supervisor.

- The working days: Mondays - Saturdays
- Work Time: 8:30 PM - 6:00 PM
Remuneration: NGNÂ 35,000
