Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and concerns through various communications channels in a polite manner.
• Collaborate with the operations team to coordinate logistics activities, including scheduling deliveries, managing routes, and optimizing transportation efficiency.
• Act as a liaison between customers and internal departments, facilitating communication and ensuring alignment on service delivery expectations.
• Build and maintain outstanding client relationships.
• Identify trends and make recommendations for operational enhancements.
• Keep abreast of company products, services, and policies to provide comprehensive assistance to customers.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the customer service process.
