Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email, chat, phone, and social platforms
- Handle customer complaints and issues and follow up to resolution
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Provide product and service information clearly to customers
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal teams when necessary
- Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain high service standards
- Support internal teams with customer-related insights and feedback
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Customer Service Officer or in a related role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Must have an active LinkedIn account before applying
- Good computer skills and familiarity with CRM or support tools is an advantage
- Strong time management and organizational skills
