Job summary
We are looking for a smart, customer-focused and sales-driven NYSC Corps Member to join our team as a Customer & Sales Representative. The candidate will be responsible for attending to customer enquiries, converting inquiries into sales, following up with prospective customers, maintaining accurate customer & sales records, and support operations
Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries across WhatsApp, Instagram and other communication channels.
Understand customers' needs and recommend suitable products.
Convert enquiries and leads into sales.
- Follow up with prospective customers and previous leads to improve conversion.
Confirm customer orders and payments.
Maintain accurate customer, order and sales records.
- Properly label and organize customer contacts and conversations.
- Provide customers with accurate product, pricing and delivery information.
Coordinate order packaging and dispatch.
Follow up on deliveries and keep customers informed about their orders.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate issues where necessary.
Follow up after purchases to obtain feedback and reviews.
Re-engage existing customers to encourage repeat purchases.
Support basic inventory updates and report low or out-of-stock products.
Submit required daily sales and customer service reports.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 1 year of experience
- A minimum of a degree in a related field
