Job summary
We are seeking a friendly and professional Customer Service Representative to manage customer inquiries, provide support, and ensure excellent customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for customers, handle complaints professionally, and provide accurate information about the company’s products or services.

Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, social media, or in person
- Provide accurate information about products and services
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally
- Process orders, requests, and customer transactions when required
- Maintain positive relationships with customers
- Keep records of customer interactions and transactions
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
- Support sales and marketing activities when required
- Maintain professionalism and uphold company standards at all times
Requirements:
- Minimum of OND / HND / Bachelor’s degree in any related field
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is an advantage
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal abilities
- Good computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Customer-focused attitude and professional appearance
