The ideal candidate is organised, customer-focused, and experienced in building strong online engagement and brand visibility.

Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

Customer Engagement:

  • Respond to client inquiries through email, social media, and website channels
  • Assist prospective clients with initial questions regarding services and eligibility assessments
  • Maintain professional and timely communication with leads and clients
  • Support client onboarding and scheduling of consultations
  • Help maintain positive long-term client relationships


Social Media Management:

  • Manage and grow Grantova Consulting’s social media presence across platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and X (Twitter)
  • Create and schedule engaging content related to government grants, funding opportunities, small business growth, company updates and Educational resources
  • Monitor engagement metrics and audience growth
  • Respond to comments and direct messages professionally


Content & Marketing Support:

  • Assist with the creation of social media graphics, short-form educational posts, blog/article content, email campaigns and marketing materials
  • Help promote webinars, events, and funding announcements
  • Support brand consistency across digital platforms


Lead Generation & Brand Awareness:

  • Identify opportunities to increase online engagement and visibility
  • Support digital campaigns aimed at attracting small business clients
  • Monitor trends relevant to government funding and entrepreneurship in Canada
  • Assist in building partnerships and community engagement opportunities 


Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience
  • A minimum of a degree in a related field.
