Job summary

Requirements:
- OND/HND/BSc in any discipline
- Proven experience in customer service or a related role (preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems (an advantage)
- Strong problem-solving skills
