Job summary

We are seeking a friendly and customer-focused Customer Care Representative to handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide excellent service while maintaining positive customer relationships.

Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media
  • Handle complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally
  • Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
  • Provide information about the company's products and services
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department
  • Meet customer service performance standards


Requirements:

  • OND/HND/BSc in any discipline
  • Proven experience in customer service or a related role (preferred)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems (an advantage)
  • Strong problem-solving skills
