Responsibilities:
- Manage WhatsApp Communications: Act as the main point of contact for clients on WhatsApp and possibly other customer service channels.
- Speedy & Accurate Responses: Provide fast, accurate, and professional answers to all client inquiries regarding our financial products and services.
- Problem Resolution: Take ownership of client issues, complaints, and problems, resolving them proactively and effectively with a positive attitude.
- Brand Representation: Maintain a consistently friendly, professional, clear, and empathetic tone of voice in all communications, perfectly representing the brand.
- Proactive Client Engagement: Engage with potential and existing clients to build strong, lasting relationships, using creative thinking to improve interactions.
- Maintain Detailed Records: Keep accurate, organised records of all client interactions, inquiries, and issues resolved for future reference and analysis.
- Team Coordination: Coordinate efficiently with internal teams (such as operations or sales) to escalate and resolve complex client issues.
- Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with all company products, services, and policies to provide relevant and accurate information to clients.
Requirements:
- A minimum of a valid B.Sc. or HND certificate.
- Preference will be given to female applicants.
- A creative thinker.
- Possess excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Strong problem-solving abilities, high speed of execution, and exceptional interpersonal skills are critical.
Remuneration: NGN 150,000
Location: Akobo, Ibadan (Proximity to the address is important.)
