TalentWorldGroup is hiring Croatian-speaking Pre-Sales Representatives to support a leading European travel-tech platform that is transforming how vacation rentals are managed and booked. In this role, you will help homeowners explore partnership opportunities and guide them through the early qualification process.

Key Responsibilities
- Contact homeowners from client-provided databases and marketing-generated leads
- Conduct lead prequalification calls and assess suitability for the platform
- Ask qualifying questions regarding properties, licensing, pricing, and availability
- Manage and update lead information accurately within CRM systems
- Assign qualified leads to Sales Managers for follow-up and conversion
- Maintain detailed records of interactions and follow-ups
- Collaborate closely with the Sales Team to ensure smooth lead handover
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Fluent Croatian (C2) and strong English communication skills
- Experience in calling environments, sales support, lead qualification, or customer service
- Comfortable handling warm and cold outreach calls
- Strong verbal communication and listening skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing CRM systems/databases
- Ability to multitask and manage follow-ups effectively
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment
- Team-oriented mindset with strong collaboration skills
Tools & Systems
- Aircall – cloud-based calling platform
- Pipedrive CRM – lead and pipeline management
- Internal dashboards and workflow systems
Working Schedule (CET)
Total: 20 hours per week
Monday: 10:00–13:00 and 15:30–19:00
Tuesday: 15:30–19:00
Wednesday: 10:00–13:00
Thursday: 15:30–19:00
Friday: 10:00–13:30
Training Information
- 3 hours of unpaid training sessions
- Tentative training start date: 01.06.2026
Technical Requirements
- Wired USB headset (noise-canceling preferred)
- Wired broadband internet connection
- Laptop or desktop computer with:
- Minimum 8 GB RAM
- Windows 11+ or macOS 13+
- Stable internet connection
- Minimum Full HD screen resolution
