Responsibilities:
- Manage customer accounts and ensure regular repayment of the disbursement made to the customers.
- Mobilize customers and market information to update business units on product and current trends.
- Manage relationships with key customers as a customer point of contact at every level.
- Explore opportunities with existing customers for upselling to increase product sales to customers
- Proper management of groups and individual customers to ensure a continuous relationship
- Support finance in control of credit and collections.
Requirements:
- 0 - 3 years of experience in a similar position
- Mininmum of an OND
