Our portfolio includes ground-breaking, exclusive programs like:
- MBOA FLIX App (Tailored for Cameroon)
- Naija Pro Pulse LinkedIn App Version (Tailored for Nigeria)
- MalaVintage Tube App (Tailored for Malawi)
- Rwandan Code Hills 1001 Course (Tailored for Rwanda)
- Green Gold Code Course (Tailored for the Democratic Republic of Congo)
- Al Kimiyya 2.0 Course Program (Tailored for Morocco)
- ...and many more disruptive programs launching globally.
We don't just teach tech; we build regional tech ecosystems. Now, we need a master storyteller and experiential strategist to bring these programs to life on the ground.
The Mission
We are looking for a Creative Pop-Up Event Marketer who can turn a spark into a wildfire. Your core objective is to design, organize, and execute high-end, premium-feel pop-up marketing events in your local community.
This isn't about renting a boring conference room and handing out flyers. It’s about creating an exclusive, "must-attend" cultural tech experience that attracts high-value prospects, introduces them to Nazli Tech School’s localized ecosystem, and converts them into paid students.
The Reality Check: Let’s be entirely candid. You will not be handed a corporate fortune to pull this off. You will be provided with a minimal, lean event stipend. Your job is to leverage pure creativity, negotiation skills, partnerships, and psychological marketing to make a low-budget event look and feel like a million-dollar luxury experience. If you need a massive corporate budget to make an impact, this is not the role for you. What Success Looks Like (KPIs & Career Trajectory)
This is a milestone-driven role designed to catapult your career in a market starved of true experiential marketers:
- Phase 1 (The Litmus Test): You will launch your first promotional pop-up event in your local community. Your performance will be rigorously analyzed against set KPIs: attendee quality, brand engagement, and most importantly, paid student enrollments.
- Phase 2 (The Scale-Up): Prove your concept, hit your enrollment goals, and you will become our go-to regional experiential lead. You will be assigned to host and scale multiple pop-up events across various communities.
- The Career Edge: Succeeding here proves you can drive massive ROI under constraints. You will instantly stand out in a tough job market where generic digital marketers are a dime a dozen. Furthermore, you will unlock Nazli Tech School’s Professional Development Stipend Assistance Benefit to fund your own advanced certifications, alongside lucrative commission structures on every student enrolled.
Your Skill ToolkitTechnical & Marketing Skills:
- Data-Driven Event Marketing: Ability to track RSVPs, analyze attendee demographics, and calculate Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) vs. Event ROI.
- Lead Funnel Architecture: Understanding how to transition an event attendee from an offline interaction into an online paid student signup.
- Local PR & Influencer Outreach: Digital-savvy to pitch local micro-influencers, tech leaders, and educational bodies to secure partnerships and organic promotion.
Soft Skills & Human Alchemy:
- Guerilla Resourcefulness: A relentless, problem-solving mindset. You know how to barter, negotiate venue spaces, and secure sponsorships to maximize a small budget.
- Elite Curatorial Instincts: You know exactly who the "right people" are in your community and how to get them into a room.
- High-Energy Charisma & Storytelling: Captivating presence. You can pitch the vision of the MBOA FLIX App, Naija Pro Pulse, or Al Kimiyya 2.0 with infectious enthusiasm.
Marketing Qualifications
- Experiential or Field Marketing Track Record: Proven experience conceptualizing and executing live events, pop-ups, brand activations, or experiential campaigns that drove measurable user action.
- Direct-Response & Funnel Knowledge: Solid understanding of customer acquisition funnels, conversion marketing, and methods used to turn event foot-traffic into digital sign-ups.
- Guerrilla Marketing Expertise: A history of successfully running high-impact marketing initiatives with limited financial resources through strategic partnerships, bartering, and community leverage.
- Local Market Intel & Networks: Strong familiarity with your local community's tech, educational, or professional hubs, allowing you to easily identify and reach high-value event prospects.
- Education & Experience Balance: A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred; however, a robust portfolio demonstrating real-world event execution and successful revenue generation under tight constraints is highly valued.
The Audition: Prove You Are "The One"
We don't care about standard, boring resumes. We want to see your creativity in action. To apply, you must complete the following creative challenge:
- Shoot a Video: Create a high-energy, highly creative video (maximum 2 minutes). Pitch us your concept for the first Nazli Tech School pop-up event in your city. Tell us how you plan to make it look incredibly high-end, how you will attract the right crowd, and how you will secure paid student enrollments using a minimal budget.
- Publish and Tag: Post this video on your preferred professional social media platform (LinkedIn, Instagram, or X). Tag Nazli Tech School so our global team can see your public execution skills and digital footprint.
- The Email: Send an email to info@nazlitechschool.org with the subject line: "The One for the Pop-Up Movement - [Your Name]". In the email, include the link to your published video, a brief overview of your background, and your location.
Show us how you turn limitations into your greatest creative advantage. We are waiting for you.
