Do you have a passion for design and a desire to make a positive impact? A leading Pan-African organization is searching for a talented and motivated Creative Designer (hybrid role in Lagos, Nigeria) to join their team.

The Opportunity
This hybrid role offers the flexibility to work both remotely and from an office in Lagos. You'll play a vital role in crafting visually captivating designs for a variety of digital and print materials, all in support of the organization's mission of women's inclusion.
What You'll Do
- Conceptualize and create stunning graphics for websites, apps, social media, and print publications.
- Develop innovative design solutions that are aligned with the organization's brand identity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure all design projects meet their objectives.
- Assist in maintaining a consistent brand image across all communication channels.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
- Provide constructive feedback and effectively incorporate input from team members.
- Conduct thorough quality checks to ensure your designs are polished and error-free.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest design trends and tools to continuously elevate your work.
- Contribute to the development of creative strategies that resonate with target audiences.
- Communicate design concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Collaborate with external vendors or agencies as needed.
- Help develop design templates and style guides to streamline workflows.
You'll Be a Great Fit If You Have
- A minimum bachelor's degree in design, visual arts, or a related field (preferred).
- At least 3-5 years of professional experience in graphic design.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, and other design software.
- Strong video editing skills to create compelling visual content.
- Exceptional creativity and a knack for crafting visually appealing graphics.
- Project management expertise to juggle multiple tasks while maintaining quality.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with teams.
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality assurance.
- A willingness to learn and stay updated on design trends and tools.
- The ability to design with a specific audience in mind.
- Strategic thinking skills to contribute to creative strategy development.
