Responsibilities:
- Develop creative video ideas based on trends and audience interests.
- Create strong hooks that capture attention within the first few seconds.
- Edit engaging videos with good pacing, storytelling, captions, sound effects and visuals.
- Understand audience retention and what makes viewers continue watching.
- Create compelling thumbnails and suggest effective titles.
- Repurpose long-form videos into Shorts and other short-form content.
- Research viral content and identify opportunities for our channel.
- Bring fresh, creative ideas rather than simply following instructions.
- Track video performance and use results to improve future content.
Requirements:
- Proven experience creating/editing YouTube or social media content.
- Strong video editing skills using CapCut, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve or similar.
- Good understanding of trends, viral content, and audience retention.
- Creative mindset and strong storytelling ability.
- Ability to work independently and consistently meet deadlines.
- A portfolio or examples of previous work are required.
