We need a cook that can prepare nice dishes for our outdoor lounge. Nice intercontinental dishes and few local dishes like Isiewu, Nkwobi. The food must be presentable and look attractive.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Set up the kitchen with cooking utensils and equipment, like knives, pans, and kitchen scales
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations within the kitchen area
- Study each recipe and gather all the necessary ingredients
- Prepare food on time
- Delegate tasks to kitchen staff
- Inform wait staff about daily specials
- Ensure appealing plate presentation
- Slightly modify recipes to meet customers’ needs and requests (e.g. reduce salt, remove dairy)
- Monitor food stock, place orders and give regular updates to the management.
- Check the freshness of food and discard out-of-date items
- Experiment with recipes and suggest new ingredients
