Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook meals according to menu and standards
- Plan daily menus and manage food portions
- Ensure cleanliness and proper hygiene in the kitchen
- Monitor food stock and report items needed
- Follow health and safety rules at all times
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
- Minimum of SSCE; catering training is an advantage
- Previous experience as a cook or chef is required
Requirements:
