Responsibilities:
- System monitoring: Continuously observe equipment, alarms, and control panels to detect irregularities.
- Responsible for the whole production process and machine operation
- Incident response: Act promptly during emergencies, faults, or abnormal conditions.
- Communication duties: Relay instructions and updates between field staff, departments, and management.
- Data recording: Maintain accurate logs of operations, incidents, and system performance.
- Safety enforcement: Ensure compliance with safety protocols and emergency procedures.
- Troubleshooting tasks: Identify technical issues and escalate them to maintenance teams.
- Coordination tasks: Direct field operators and ensure operational tasks are executed efficiently.
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification of an HND.
- 1 year of previous experience in a similar role.
