Content/Social Media Manager

Responsibilities:

• ⁠Develop and execute social media strategy across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Twitter & Facebook and other relevant platforms.
• Develop a full-year social media content strategy aligned with the brand’s goals.
• Define objectives: brand awareness, lead generation, community building, etc.
• Plan and schedule content (photo, video, reels, BTS) that reflects brand voice and client stories
• ⁠Collaborate with photographers, editors, and the marketing team for real-time content
• ⁠Respond to DMs, comments, and community interactions promptly and professionally
• Track performance analytics and adjust strategy for engagement and growth
• ⁠Stay up to date with trends and apply them to Pixels’ creative approach
• ⁠Create a monthly content calendar (campaigns, product highlights, testimonials, behind-the-scenes).
• Align with major holidays, events, and promotions.
• Propose a paid ads budget and strategy for promotions in 2026.
• Suggest targeting methods, audience segments, and ad formats.

Requirements:

• 2 years of experience managing social media for a lifestyle, fashion, or photography brand
• Strong content planning, storytelling, and copywriting skills
• Proficiency in tools like Canva, CapCut, Meta Business Suite, and analytics platforms
•  ⁠Understanding of brand aesthetics, especially in visual content
• ⁠Excellent communication, time management, and creativity

Bonus Skills:

• Graphic design or photo editing knowledge
• Experience running paid ad campaigns
• Ability to shoot or direct short-form video content
